Digital Item Policy
Digital products are intangible, thus considered “used” after downloading or opening. All digital purchases made on this site are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Tangible Item Policy: Full Price
Your happiness is our #1 goal so if your tangible product is damaged or you are dissatisfied in any way, please email us within 10 day of delivery to begin the return process. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund for the total amount, excluding the cost of shipping, will be refunded to your associated payment method.
Tangible Item Policy: Sale Price
Discounted sales on tangible merchandise are FINAL. However, your happiness is important to us so if your product is damaged upon receipt, please email us within 10 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and the box it was shipped in along with an explanation as to why you are dissatisfied. We will do our very best to come to a satisfactory resolution.
